Shipping Policy

Orders are normally prepared and dispatched within 1 to 3 business days after order confirmation, subject to payment status, stock availability, product checks, serviceability, and operational workload.

During high-demand periods, public holidays, weather disruption, courier delays, or local restrictions, dispatch may take longer.

Standard delivery is generally completed within 3 to 7 business days after dispatch for serviceable locations. Remote, rural, restricted, or high-volume locations may require additional time.

Delivery dates shown at checkout, in messages, or by courier partners are estimates and not guaranteed arrival commitments.

Shipments may be routed through available courier partners or logistics aggregators based on pincode, product type, package size, COD eligibility, network capacity, and serviceability.

Tracking details, when available, will be shared through order updates. Courier scans may take time to appear after pickup.

Customers are responsible for entering a complete delivery address, postal code, phone number, landmark, house number, village/locality, and any other details needed by the courier.

Incorrect addresses, unreachable phone numbers, unavailable recipients, refused delivery, or restricted access may cause failed attempts, delay, cancellation, or return-to-origin handling.

• Shipping charges, free-shipping rules, and COD availability may vary by product, cart value, pincode, and campaign.
• Some products, pincodes, or courier lanes may not be serviceable at all times.
• Orders may be held if payment, address, stock, or quality checks require manual review.
• Re-dispatch after failed delivery may depend on product condition, courier status, and operational approval.
